AM4 issues help needed

Help needed! I have come across a very cheap motherboard CPU and ram combo. The motherboard is Asrock fatali1y b450k4 with the Ryzen 2600 and 24gbs of ddr3 I noticed the ram in there was DDR3 but it was a great deal so I thought I might as well just switch it out for a new set. When the DDR4 3200mghz from T-force came in I tried it out and no display signal but the ddr3 works fine underclocked to 1000mghz. Is the CPU dead? Is there anything I can do? any help at all would be greatly appreciated

If the ram that came with the kit is ddr3 it wouldn't even fit in the socket. can you link the listings to each item you bought please?

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

THe ram should be DDR4, maybe the listing is wrong.
