Gigabyte 3060 ti Eagle -> OC bios?

Hey everyone!

 

I might have a stupid question but i did a fair amount of research right now on the gigabyte 3060ti eagle and its OC sister card and everywhere i look the only difference appears to be - as advertised - the unlocked power target and slightly higher clock speeds ootb. I attached two screenshots from techpowerup as a comparison between the two and - i know this might mean NOTHING that is why i am not sure -  even the bios names are almost identical to a point where i thought to myself if i could flash the OC bios onto the non-OC card.

 

Hence my question, does anyone think/know this could potentially work? Or am i just a fool overlooking some major flaw here (i know flashing a bios is always a risky thing EVEN MORE SO if its not the original one - it is more of a tempting thought experiment at this point), if yes I would love to be educated about it then!
