1660S idling at about 40-43c, normal right?

Hello. My GPU idles at about 40-43c (when doing nothing = 40c and 41c, when watching a video = 42c and sometimes 43c) and i couldnt find a straight up answer for this, so im asking you guys. I have an exhaust fan at the back running at about 1275rpm and the GPU fans at 1018rpm. My room temperature is at about 23c - 24c maybe 25c, not very sure.
