Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280mm AIO Mounting Question

I found this review on Amazon (yes, I know I shouldn't always listen to them) saying that you can't mount this cooler on motherboards with capacitors that are close to the AM4 socket and M.2 heatsinks that are close to the socket. But, I've seen completed builds on pcpartpicker with the cooler mounted on mobos with close capacitors and close M.2 heatsinks. So, can the cooler be mounted on the Asus ROG Strix B550-A? If not, can it be mounted on the MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus?
