pc is too loud!

so i have this problem when i press the start button,and it starts to show the boot menu .Sudenly my pc starts make quite loud sounds and i dont know if i should be concerned or not cuz it sound like a old pc trying to boot a game or a wire being hit by a fan but it isnt it when i checked the inside everything was quite neat and youre all gonna hate this but the only way i can make quiet down is to SHAKE it and i dont think that its very good for the pc lifespan and its not the hdd read speeds are as usual so i dont know what to do HELP!

What does it sound like?

PS if/when you have kids, don't shake them if they're being too loud.

Stop shaking your PC just stop, that kind of treatment will cause more harm than good. Next time it happens take the side panel off and stick your head in there, try to pinpoint the sound and figure out what exactly is making it. The soundclip/video idea is also good just no crappy cell phone vids please.
