I believe you can. NZXT has a braket that replaces the stock cooler and fits a aio and a fan.

Not excalty, sockets being different and all that, but you can get a bespoke AIO for GPUs

There was a period where a load of companies released adaptors in order to do this, but I believe most of them have stopped because it really wasn't worth it. 

 

Yes, you can, but you'd need an adaptor as well as a supported cooler and GPU. Out of the box, no, you can't.
