Hey guys, I've been making purchases to get all the parts and pieces together for my new build; but RGB lighting seems to be a money pit. While I have found a suitable option for my needs I turn to you guys to see where you have found your own solutions. The two choices I have come across for my 5v ARGB header woes are these:

Bitspower Touchaqua Digital RGB Multi Function Controller
OR
EK-Loop Connect

While I have no need for the flow meter or temperature headers on the EKWB Loop Connect, its fit and finish is miles ahead of the Bitspower version. However, I'm more utilitarian than the need for RGB leads on, unless someone offers an alternative to the Bitspower Touchaqua controller I think I'll go with it.

the bitspower is just an powered splitter with built in manual buttons. meaning the header you plug it in to all the fans will mimic it and the ek each port on it can do its own thing.

ek is an usb argb controller with other stuff. also software controlled

Hmmm, so my main need is to control a EKWB AIO 240 D-RGB as well as split the 5v header. Will the lights on the device be addressable through the controller box?

the ek is an argb usb controller witch has  6x (L1-L6) D-RGB Header 3-Pin 5V Digital LED Header (Pinout: +5V, D, Blocked, Ground) each of the 6 can have its own color and is controlled by ek software. (oh liiks like ek loop is still in bata so yo ucant chage each port to its own color yet)

the Bitspower Touchaqua Digital RGB Multi Function Controller  is a powered splitter with build in manual argb control or to hook to the mb argb header and use the mb software to control it. all ports on this will all be the same color/animation
