I everyone,

Is there a program that can tell you what things on your computer is using internet and how much it is using? I have something trying to download 15 mins after my pc connects to the internet. Even after I went and made sure that if anything wanted to install or update it had to ask me and went into origin and steam and made sure it couldn't auto update.

I am 99% sure its not a virus as I haven't done anything different installed anything other then MSI afterburner, but the other day it used 1gb of internet before i caught it, and afterburner isn't that big.

I don't have a large amount of internet so this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Task manager? It will tell you how much of the local network it's using per program

Go to your start menu look for resource monitor and the network tab.

I have that open, it doesn't tell me what program is using what, just the general network usage.

The network tab has "Processes with Network Activity" and "Network Activity" those tell you what process/programs are using the network.
