I build up my a PC with

MSI tomahawk x570

Ryzen 7 3800x

Samsun 970 Evo plus 250 gb

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16x2

Then also vga bug led is on in motherboard 

 

Is gpu need for display?
Is gpu need for windows installation?

Yes, GPU is needed to get a display, the 3800X has no integrated graphics.

 

Yes, display is needed to install Windows.

You will need to have a GPU in order to do anything with the computer. It won't work without one as your CPU does not have integrated graphics.

Yep with CPU without integrated graphic card you will need GPU to post (install windows access bios) hopefully you have one on the way.

In your budget rx5600xt should be an option. there is one big issue due to covid, manufacturing issues and new wave of mining, all the cards are out of stock or massively overpriced. This is a very bad time to buy a new card. If I were you I would try to get something cheap and used for now and wait till the situation becomes stable again and availability returns to normal situation (possibly this summer)
