Using extra gpu for recording

I just got an gtx 770 and I have a r9 270x can I use the r9 270x for recording so my fps won't drop?

You mean using both of those cards in one system and using the R9 270X to record right?

Oh, you wouldn't be able to do that because those cards are simply from different brands and both of them support different SLI's.

I do have an old extra pc if I would put the r9 270x in there will that work

Yes that would work. You would have to search up the internet to figure out how to use it properly, it shouldn't be difficult though.

Will an 2 core socket 775 celeron be enough for the cpu or should I buy a core 2 quad for it

Yeah you should probably get at least 4 cores if you're going to be recording, or especially streaming.. The used market for quad cores are really cheap though so you're good. And especially for Intel.

I am planning on upgrading from my ryzen 3 3200g to an ryzen 5 5600 when it comes out so I think the 3200g will be good enough

I have an asrock b450m pro4-f an 8gb 3000 mhz corsair vengeance lpx

Oh sweet, I have the same exact motherboard paired with a Ryzen 3 3100. I do need to highly recommend getting another stick of 8GB though.

Edit: Or atleast a 4GB stick to make it 12GB

Yeah I was planning on getting that and I already have a 240gb ssd and I still need a psu because the one I have now is an really old antec unit from 2004

I mean it works fine for a hp prebuild but not anything better then that
