crash Every Games is crashing

When I launch any game it starts fine and then it freezes or goes into a blackscreen.
After that it crashes (for example Minecraft "Process crashed with exit code -1073740791")

I already reinstalled windows serval times and reseated the graphics card.

I also reinstalled my graphics driver and switched versions to older ones.
