Need some upgrades

Hello. So i have a pretty ancient tech computer, and i want to upgrade it but i dont want to spend more than 400-500 euro on tech. What should i upgrade and to what i should upgrade?

1. get a SSD, a 500gb Crucial MX500 is nice.

2. Add another 8gb ram stick.

This shouldn't cost more than $100.

if you're planning to upgrade your GPU, don't forget that you should only go up to 10-series cards for that CPU, because beyond the GTX 1070, that CPU will simply bottleneck the hell out of your system...
