Recently when I put V-Sync on my games lock to 55 FPS. This is on any game and I cant work out what is causing it. Before it was locking to 60 FPS just fine. This is on games like Rocket League, Elder Scrolls Online and CSGO. When turning V-Sync off the frame rate is over 100FPS so its not my system cant run it.

Perhaps your monitor is not set to the proper refresh rate, to check/fix go to your desktop home screen, left click, hit whatever it says for amd gpus (for nvidia it will say "nvidia control panel", and from there it'll say your refresh rate, if it doesn't say the refresh rate it's supposed to click on it and it will give you a bunch of refresh rates, just click on the one it's supposed to be on and boom. If that doesn't work then I don't know the problem, but somegames let you cap fps so instead of turning on v-sync you should just cap your fps to match your monitor's hz.

check your monitor settings, maybe something is set to 55hz, or 110 or something weird like that...

Seems a really odd issue otherwise. 🤔

Sadly, AMD gpus don't come with this software, they definitely should tho!

That reminds me that could be simply a driver bug, either restarting the radeon software or maybe even DDU could possibly, fix it.
