i don't know what happened i was doing something in managing drives and suddenly one off my drive got vanshied all data gone but hopefully i had backup but computer shows this when i acess removable

No,but removable devices does not show in bios I think

And also I restarted it but it was all vanished but still I could not acess my backup

Boot your system up, then plug it into a different USB port, see what happens

Yes saw that too,first I put into it in 3.1 port as it the usb supported that......but it didn’t work so it tried to put into the 2.0 port but still no relief......i think it’s a system problem like windows defender not allowing to let removable devices work.....

Do you hear the "USB device inserted" chime from your speakers, when you plug it in?

You can totally turn off Windows Defender if you think it's getting in the way

What I'm getting at, is does anything change if you attach the drive in another USB slot? I have seen issues before where a partially damaged USB slot (or device) can give different results in another slot, especially if you go from a USB 2.0 ot 3.0 or vice versa.

It's all part of the troubleshooting steps
