Do you hear the "USB device inserted" chime from your speakers, when you plug it in?

You can totally turn off Windows Defender if you think it's getting in the way

Bro,I had given a picture kindly see that first that’s the problem not usb drivers or something.....

What I'm getting at, is does anything change if you attach the drive in another USB slot? I have seen issues before where a partially damaged USB slot (or device) can give different results in another slot, especially if you go from a USB 2.0 ot 3.0 or vice versa.

It's all part of the troubleshooting steps
