ebay removing items because they are "fake"

it doesn't make any sense, the items that I'm selling are not fake, also how can they be so sure if they don't have the item in their hands?

 

if they are trusting some user reports (which in my understanding, you can report everything, even of you didn't actually buy the item), I wonder if actually isn't some other seller with bots that is mass reporting my item (because on ebay there is actually only a seller that is selling the same item), and if so, how the heck can they trust those report? the system is broken

 

I've already contacted ebay, they said to me that they will contact me later via mail

 

anyone has any experience with this?
