FPS help

I have a 3070 with a i7 9700k, how am I only getting 110-120 fps on warzone and 80 on gta v

How are we to know without any info on settings etc?

so that seems pretty normal to me and if you're trying to get 144fps or more you'll likely have to lower some settings. I don't think you're cpu bound, but it's possible I guess.
