gpu underperforming

I dont know why but ive been getting awful fps with my 3070. Im talking 180 on low settings on fortnite.

 

Specs:

ryzen 7 3700x (i overclocked and temps are fine)

rtx 3070

16gb 3600mhz ram

500gb ssd

b450 tomahawk max

Is there a bottleneck or something? Please suggest how i can fix this. I have optimized it but its still not performing

There is no bottleneck, don't worry... All I know is that 3080's have a problem with drivers rn and maybe that goes for 3070's too. Also Fortnite is CPU intensive and that's a good framerate none the less, also how much hz is your monitor?

If there's a bottleneck it's your oc being unstable, I'd try without and also try to not have a lot of crap run in the background like discord, Youtube, weird RGB software, etc and see if something improves.

nopee no issues, sir, even down clocked and down volted getting above average framerates (compared to other 3070's)

 

But I agree this doesn't even look like an issue, more like wrong or unrealistic expectations...
