I got the "Forum capacity exceeded" thing

 

What did you expect to happen?

It stayed for 1-2 minutes, even after multiple reloads and a brand new tab

 

If it's a cloudflare error, what was the ray ID from the bottom of the error page?

Thats not DoS issue. I don't remember of the top what are the conditions for it, but you would be seeing CF errors or checking page if forum was under attack.

That generally is the error that happens when we get DoS'd, between when it starts and mitigation is activated. 

 

But yes, someone did try to knock us offline earlier.
