PC NOT BOOTING

So I have this PC which won't boot. It's like the ram is loose or broken but it is not, so I am trying to find the problem. The thing is that my motherboard doesn't have the troubleshoot LED. Is there a way I can see what the problem is without guessing? The RAM stick works, I tried it on other PC. Help pls

Can you get into BIOS to see if it recognizes the RAM or boot drive?

I can't It won't boot. In my other PC I put the ram and It works. I want to know whether it's the RAM socket or the CPU

It could just be your motherboard? So the RAM socket.

Do you know how to get into the bios?

He said he can’t load the bios, it won’t boot.

Maybe bad PSU?
It would be very helpful if more details were given as to what it does once the power button is pressed.

Indeed however, I think it’s more the motherboard.

As it could very well be. 
More info could help diagnose

Have you got any RGB in your build, if so, does it stay on or does it flicker or just turn on then off by itself??
