Depends on your exact model of the card. 

 

I would really suggest to look this up on techpowerup for the exact model you have in mind. 

 

Also that is kind of irrelevant information, what you really need to worry about is the *actual* power limit, not the % you can set it to, unless there's something I'm missing? 

 

basically a card with 120%power limit can have a lower power limit than a card with 110%... 

 

 

And I just looked it up for you, my cards power limit max is 100% and the lowest is 37%

 

 

for example my 3070 (Vision OC)
