Are you in a humid environment? It looks like air bubbles from high moisture trapped in the melted filament.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

Moisture maybe. Other than that in some spots it looks like PLA should. Try ABS?

I'm not in that humid of am environment, meter say 40% at most.

 

All3dp recommends putting it in the oven at 100f, of course mine only goes done to 170f

put the pla in the oven at 170F for 4 hours, still had the holes.

slowed the print speed dramatically, holes were still there but were better.

 

I'm not sure what's happening. I'll try increasing the print temp a little and add thickness to the shell of the print.
