ethernet Help. Weird internet problem

When i plug my pc to the ethernet the connection stops working on every device that was connected. It shows that it's connected but has the exclamation mark on the mobile phones. on my laptop (connected to the wifi, not ethernet) and the pc i just connected to the ethernet it shows that it's all good but when i click on Google or go to play any game that needs connection it says i don't have connection.  I tired connecting the laptop to the ethernet instead of the pc to see if my pc is the problem and it was working well. For the pc i tried uninstalling the motherboard and installing another one and it didn't change anything and i also tried uninstalling the ethernet card's drivers and reinstalling them and still no change.

What are you connecting your computers to exactly? Please state make and model of your network device(s).
