i've just installed Windows 7 64bit to my computer and installed all my drivers however the Nvidia driver couldn't download .net.  So I thought I would just update my computer to SP1.  Now, this is happening.  Please help if you can!

ah, i had this issue on a few systems before.
One thing you can do is type "services" in the windows search bar and manually start the service (it is clearly labeled, so dont worry).
After that, you can search for updates again. If that does not work, simply restart your computer. If THAT does not work, there is another thing you have to do, but i do not know it. try the other two, and let me know if they do not work.
Here is a Photo of the service, to help you along your way.

Again, if neither of those work, let me know and i will figure out the other way of doing it.
