No G-Sync option in Nvidia Control panel

Hi all.

 

I recently bought an LG 27 GL850 and as I said there is no G-sync option in the Nvidia control panel. Does anyone have any idea why this is and what I can do to enable G-sync?

Is the drivers the latest?

Yes. Both for the monitor and graphics card

I hadn't seen this. I didn't realise G-Sync compatible only worked with 1000 series and above. I assumed it was 900 series and above like regular G-sync. Luckily I'm planning to upgrade to the a 3080 as soon as they become more available so I'll just live without G-sync until then. Thanks for the help though everyone!!
