Gpu restock

I’m sure this topic has been beaten to death already, but I couldn’t find an immediate thread with answers to this.

I need a gpu upgrade, I know that there is a massive amount of demand and all gpus are out of supply (I haven’t been living under a rock) but I have put a decent amount of effort into trying to find out when the rtx 30 series cards are due to return, but only ever seem to get linked to stock checkers (of course always out of stock everywhere.) 

Would it be fair to say no one has said anything on them returning any time in this first half of the year? I’m just trying hard not to buy a overpriced/outdated GPU since I have bought upgrades to everything except GPU. Anyone able to shed some light on the topic?

Your best bet will be to check out your local PC component store (US examples might be microcenter, best buy, etc) and ask around every couple days to see if there's any stock. It's a lot harder snagging one online.
