Which Platform

Trying to Build a PC for 1080p gaming  ( wow) and streaming.
Due to availbility of parts It seems like  10400f(214$) is a good deal compared to r5 3600 ( 309$) theres also the option of 2600x ( 229$)
So im not 2 sure which way to go. Will b paired with  an rx 580 8gb that I already ownim from canada

? I see them on amazon for $200 and I bought mine for $180. you are talking USD right?

ssd2 - 860 qvo 1tb

mobo - asrock b450m hdv r4.0

psu - evga b5 550w bronze
