Turn it off and back on again /s

 

The only thing I could think of is redownload your drivers or factory reset your PC. If that doesn’t work, you might need to check your GPU and make sure the hardware isn’t broken.

thx I have restarted it many times but sometimes after 30 min it  works  for some reason still think I should reinstall windows

Have you tried reseating the graphics card? That is, removing the graphics card from the system and reinstalling it back in the system? Also, check the pins that run along the edge where the PCIe slot is to make sure they are not damaged. They should be nice and shiny gold.

That seems like an overheating problem then to me. You should check your airflow and turn up the RPM on your fans. Could you show a pic of your tower?
