So im currently running  a r3 1200 , b350 , rx580 8gb , 8gb ddr4 3000mhz. i want to upgrade that systeme except the video card. But i also need a whole new system for my kids to do school work on. So heres the plan, ill build a new pc for myself everything new and plugin my rx580 in it. and ill give my kids my current system and pluggin the 650ti that i have laying around.

i was looking for somehing along the line of a r5 3600?  but im open  to other suggestion. also parts availibity is kinda meh these days but anyway lets go at it!

unless you plan to upgrade to a 3000 series RTX gpu or a 6000 series radeon, and will stick to the rx580 or slightly better, there's no point in getting a better cpu than the 3600/10400

and im assuming the 3600  comes with the wraith one like the 1200?

I don't think so, but then again I'm not exactly sure myself. I would check with whatever Online Vendor you buy Computer Hardware from for the HSF.
