Do you run memory at 4000mhz? If yes try disabling XMP and see if it still happens.

It sounds like a PSU issue, but then again the PSU should be able to handle a 3090 just fine. Try reducing the power limit on the 3090 in MSI Afterburner and see if your crashing goes away. If it does, then it's either the GPU or the PSU. The way to tell if that does fix the problem would be to then underclock the card while keeping full power limit. If it starts crashing, its the PSU, if it stops its GPU. If neither, check the event viewer to see if a crash report is even made to go off of.

Edit: didn't see the memory was 4000MHz. While Ryzen memory controllers can handle that, the infinity fabric usually can't. Unless you go and tune the infinity fabric independently, just run memory at 3600MHz and call it a day

My system crashes during games or any heavy workload like when I try to edit a large animation in cinema 4d.

Considering it's a hard crash as RONOTHAN## said it's very possible that your issue is caused my your power supply not being able to cut the mustard

I dont think its a PSU issue since its a 1000w 80+ gold unit

doesn ot mean quality at all.

G5 is n ot the best for 3090 but it should be fine. reduce the power limit of the 3090 to --30-50% and see if it helps.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

I could not get it to run at 4000 mhz its stuck at 3600 for now ill disable xmp and come back.

did you set dram/memory frequency to auto? You could also just reset cmos.

That doesn't mean you didn't get a bad one from the factory, or if you've used it from an older build that it hasn't degraded a bit. If it is a PSU issue, its because your PSU has soft failed. Not common at all, but possible. I've seen it happen before (granted it was on a thermaltake piece of garbage, but that's not the point) where the system will boot, but the moment I go to do something 3D intensive it just hard crashes, and even though it was working in a different system not but 2 hours before with similar power requirements, the PSU was still the issue
