Is your ram running at the correct speed? Did you make sure there aren't any software problems?

I would not put the BIOS version as the most likely culprit

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

The slow ram speed is killing performance. Ryzen's core to core communication relies heavily on ram.

Manually enter the speeds instead of using DOCP to see if you can improve your performance. Set the voltage, frequency, and timings yourself (and feel free to be generous with voltage for the sake of stability, 1.35 is a good place to start)

I really don't want to oc my ram again, kind of nervous about doing it since resetting CMOS is a pain.

XMP is not really oc, but not really stock either XMP can have problems. try settinbg only the speed and voltage manually and leave the timings to auto. see if it boots. if it does then try to set the timings manually.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

You will not be able to improve your performance without faster ram, an Agesa update won't change the experience.

2133 is pitifully slow. Perhaps you can return your current kit and get a different one.

My ram is rated for 3600 cl18. I've read and seen that my 5600x can only run 3200? Is that wrong?

The official speed supported is 3200 but you can run higher speeds with OC (which is what you would be doing with DOCP at that speed)

Is there more than one DOCP profile? Perhaps you should enable DOCP and manually reduce the speed, try to 3466 or 3200
