DOCP not stable

Me and my friends build identical PC over Christmas, but he is getting 8d error code on the motherboard when the DOCP is on. 

Meanwhile I never had any issue with my PC.

We tried it with my RAM and after few restart and shutdown we getting the same 8d error.

I know that ram is not on QVL List, but I am not sure why I don't experiencing the same issue.

Any idea?

 

Spec:

AMD Ryzen 3950x

ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero WIFI

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 32GB (2x16GB)  3600MHz AMD Ryzen Tuned DDR4 Memory Kit (CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18)

What BIOS version are you on?  What about him?  (motherboard BIOS)
