There is no point in going for a 2700x and pairing it with a 1650 imo. Swap it for a Ryzen 5 and a 1660 at least.

Ive got an $800 build on My pc guide if you want to compare. You'll definitely need more gpu and you could skimp more on cpu without hurting performance too much
