Need Help setting up a fan controller!

Ok so i recently got the Fractial Design Define R4 

it has 2 5,25 inch bays but i have a Deep Cool Rockman which is 3.5 inch is there anyway i can fit it in there pls help

You would have to get one of those covers that turn 5.25 inch bays into 3.5 inch bays. I don't know any links for em though.

You're also going to have to seat that controller further back than normal.  Those knobs aren't going to allow you to close your case door.
