Shouldn't be any issues there. I'm not 100% on the 360mm rad fitting in the top of the case, but there's definitely room in the front. Everything else will fit no problem. 

 

I do question the parts somewhat though, there's a lot of money that could be saved with different choices. Then again, you do have 4 mice listed for some reason so maybe you're not concerned with that.

Don't pay fuill price for win10, that's just lunacy, buy a cheap key from kinguin or something.
