I am trying to get a network switch connected to my pc to give internet to other stuff but I cant figure out how to make my computer the router that is connected to my actual router to supply internet to the switch. HELP!!!!

 

                                                                      P.S. sorry did not know how to word this.

You need to connect the switch between your router and your PC, then connect other devices to the switch.

 

Tell us the brand and model of your router and the brand and model of the switch.

It sounds like you're overcomplicating things. 

 

I assume you have a cable coming from your router to your PC? Just take that cable, plug it into the switch so the router and switch are connected, then connect everything, including your PC, to the switch.

If you go to Network Connections -> (Right-Click) Your Source -> Properties -> Sharing -> Tick the box next to "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet Connection"

 

Now this functions kind of like 1/2 NAT. Some services do have direct access between the network some don't. All connected clients will however have Internet access so if that's all you need that will work.

Right, so you're wanting to share the WiFi over the ethernet port.
