I also need some help cause i heard cooler master psu are bad, but this one has gold certification.

In terms of PSU, SeaSonic and Corsair are my go to. They are probably the ones availible on the market. And yes 650 watts should be enough for the system but I like to go a bit overboard with the PSU to make it future proof si I don't have to change it later (i have 750W for a 1600x and a 2070S). I can't confirm or deny the reliability of Cooler Master's PSU.
