I was thinkning maybe it was the sata controller but randomly HDD's from my computer will dissapear from the computer weither it be My computer, or device manager. Any Ideas??

Go into computer manager and see if the drive is listed there if it doesn't it's a hardware problem. Can you test it in another pc?

The hard drives are good, infact they are a few days old. I checked computer managment under Disk Managment and there are still no results.

They go away after sleep also.
