The issue is you have single channel ram. 1 stick bad, 2 sticks good.

Try and get another stick of the EXACT same type, or just get two new sticks of the same type.

Also, your ssd is almost full. Ideally dont fill SSD's more than 75 percent so try and empty that a little.

Contrary to what others are saying it's not because of single channel memory that generation of intel did not have an issue with it. It's your cpu. Warzone expects 7 threads to run well and you only have 4. So yeah the only way to fix it is upgrade to a better cpu. However a 6700(k) or 7700(k) are still crazy expensive and you can get a i3 10100(f) or ryzen 3100 + motherboard and have a better cpu AND be able to use a new platform with plenty of upgrade options.

The specs listed by activision for the game are pretty much bs. It barely runs on a old 2c/4t i3 and a ryzen 1600x is heaps better than a 2500k yet they are in the same spec set.

but it worked fine on my old gt 1030 on lower settings

On lower settings is the key point here. Turn your settings down.

Otherwise, if you mean you are getting lower performance on same specs, please repot cpu and gpu temps while playing and also run userbenchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/ and send me the link it generates afterwards.
