Asus tuf B360-Pro Gaming ATX LGA1151 mother board

Kingston valueram 16gb 4x4 gb 

Crucial MX500 1tb 2.5" ssd

 Samsung 970 evo 500gb m.2-2280 NVME ssd

GIGABYTE gefore gtx 1070 8gb windforce oc video card 

Corsair 600c ATX full tower case 

Corsair HX platinum 1200 W 80 platinum certified fully modular power supply 

 

Is this build viable for streaming at 720p and recording at 1080p resolution at the same time? If not what are suggestions would you recommend.
