Text boxes cut in app

My uncle uses this app for stock trading. It's a local app and isn't something very massive. He's facing this problem where the whole text can't be seen and is cut from the bottom. You can see this in the image attached. He has contacted multiple people that use this app and even the company that owns it. No one has run into this problem, and they don't know how to fix it. I've tried resizing the window multiple times and even changing display resolutions, but the problem persists. Thank you for your help.

Make sure the Display Scaling is set to 100%, or your disable display scaling for the application under the executable property panel > Compatibility tab.

It's already at 100%
