GPU performance issue

Hi. 

I have Inno3D gtx 1650 super

(Memory clock 7000mhz Core clock 2100mhz) and ryzen 3 3300x with 16 gb of ddr4 3200mhz ram. My graphics card preform in Heaven Benchmark 4.0 way below expectation. It should gets score around 2000 but mine gets below 1700. I kill all background apps but same results. What shoud I do?

what is your power supply? sometimes too many watts can actually hurt performance since they are most efficient at around 80%. If yours is in the 700-750 range that would be likely

I have 650w gold rating psu

you may have gotten really unlucky in the silicon lottery. Do you have a really old cpu or other component that may be holding it back? like maybe you had an old prebuilt from 2010 and slapped a gpu in there?

No like I built this pc last month and everything is overkill for gtx 1650 super.

Try a fixed benchmark like superposition or Timespy, you can also compare your results online to *same hardware* (though keep in mind the top scores are all water cooled or ln2, so you want to check with medium results, not the top ones, most likely)
