I have 100mb down but I rarely get 20mb down. What internet Is a good option for about $50-60

Oh boy. Many places have one maybe two providers. You dont provide a location. You dont provide what providers are in your area.

Your best option is Fiber Optic. The next best option is most likely Coax but that can vary based on network provider. After that VDSL. ADSL or LTE would be the next best. Satellite or two cans and a string is the crappiest options.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Ummmmm. DUDE....... SMH. FIOS is Fiber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have Xfinity it could be a multitude of issues. Best guess without looking at anything is A) You have signal issue OR B) The node your connected to is just congested to all hell. The signal issues can be diagnosed generally from the modem.

If you have FIOS then you need to call Verizon or Frontier(If your unlucky and live in one of those areas) and complain.
