RX 480 Load temps

Hey, so I finished my build and am gaming now. When under full load my RX 480 reference cooler card (blower) is reaching mid and upper 80's. I know that those aren't great temps for a CPU, should it be sitting at that temp or is it getting too warm. I'm not getting any significant throttling, my clocks are 1328mhz and 2000mhz for the GPU clock and memory clock respectively. Should I do a repaste or is this behavior expected for this card/cooler design?

Thanks, I was seeing it creep up toward 90 and plopped another small fan in to push a little more air and that got me maybe 2° cooler. Seeing the high temps made me a little wary. Though when it is no longer under load it cools down to 40ish pretty quickly.

@HelpfulTechWizard I adjusted the fan curve through Radeon software and it's sitting squarely in the high 70's-low 80's now. Turns out it was running compatability drivers.
