POST tested i7-10700KF without Heatsink

Hey guys.

I've been a PC technician for 5 years and built countless custom PCs.

Yesterday I assembled my i7-10700K build, and I tested to see if It'd POST without a heatsink installed. It posted and I shut it off after about 10-15 seconds.

I've done this before on other builds, but never thought much of it.

My question is, could I have done any damage to the CPU or mobo socket? What's the likelihood something is fried?

it's going to be fine, The CPU isn't heating too much if you are post testing it

Thanks :)
