I don't believe Mystic Light is able to control lighting on Corsair coolers and fans, or Asus gpu. If you want to be able to sync the rgb you'll need to pick compatible parts.

Instead of two 2x8GB memory kits I'd suggest a 2x16GB kit. This leaves open two memory slots for an upgrade should it ever be needed without sacrificing any performance.

For the lighting I was thinking of using JackNet RGB Sync, it takes all the different RGB sources and places them into the one software enabling you to control all of it. Which I hope that's how it works. But would you suggest I change the mobo or how would you get around this situation?

As for the RAM I was thinking of going with 2 16gb sticks but I like the look of 4 filling out the slots and I'll be using this PC for gaming so I don't think I'll ever need more than 32gb of RAM

I wasn't aware of JackNet. Hope it works out for you. Presumably you've verified that all your rgb parts are on its supported devices list.

If your memory choice is for aesthetic reasons, stick with it.
