Hey guys, I literally just installed a Noctua NH-U14S in my PC, and now my PC doesn't boot. I have tried power cycling and shorting the pins. I did do some research about my 1000w power supply and sometimes others encounter a similar issue. My pc did this when I put a H60 in it coming from a 212 evo. Here are my specs.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700X

GPU: GTX 1080

Ram: 16gb Corsair Vengance
Storage :2 NVMe Intel 660p and 2 1TB HDD

PSU: .EVGA Supernove 1000w

Mobo: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon

I'm sure in about 30 minutes it will boot, but I really just want to know what the cause of this issue could be.

check dem pins mon!

I reseated the CPU just to be sure and no dice still. It was working fine (albeit a bit warm) less than 3 hours ago. Any other ideas? I didn't see any bent pins when I reseated it.

just pull all the cables and reseat everything, there is not much else to do.  You did turn the power supply back on right?  :)

reseated GPU, RAM, 24 pin ATX, 8 pin CPU. Still nothing. My system seems to have a mind of its own. This is not the first time it's done this either. I just hope that it works in the morning.
