if you need something just to have more ports, throw a GT 210 or something in there. Any of the low end GT cards would work

GTX 1650 should work.

Compatible, but an utter waste of money. The 1650 on its own is already pretty terrible value, but combined with a 7 year old, low end CPU, it won't even be able to reach its full potential.

I never said it was a good fit, but it will work. Anything above that probably isn't possible due to PSU limitations.

Pretty much any graphics card is compatible with the motherboard, OP did mention willingness to upgrade the PSU to accommodate better graphics cards but either way the system isn't worth investing in.

You should get a Ryzen 5 2600 and a B450 Board (I reccommend the Gigabyte B450M S2H). It will run it good. You also should get a 600W PSU.
