New Build. CPU EZ LED

Finished a new build today--

MSI x570 Tomahawk
Ryzen 7 5800x
Trident Z Neo 3600 CL16 (8x2)
Seasonic GX 750w
Nvidia 2070

I did the bios flashback button before starting. After getting windows installed I went back into the bios to turn on the a-xmp settings. Also changed a few fan timings for temperatures. Upon saving and exiting bios the monitor lost the display and I now have the CPU LED lit up on the Tomahawk. Can't get any sort of display. What do I do?

 

Edit: I reset the cmos and am able to boot properly again. I guess the x-amp profile didn't get along with my setup? How should I go about getting the ram to the advertised 3600Mhz ? I've never OC'd ram manually before.
