USD, no OS, no monitor or mouse, keyboard  and WiFi needed. It will be used for LIGHT gaming and web use. He would also like it to be somewhat quiet. I came up with this.

I would try to fit a 32 or 64GB SSD in or just replace the HDD with a 120GB SSD

[AMD Athlon 64 Mobile 4000+ Socket 754 | Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro nForce3 | OCZ 2GB DDR PC3200 | Sapphire HD 3850 512MB AGP | 850 Evo | Seasonic 430W | Win XP/10]

Like Minecraft and flash games. The 750 should be much more than he needs.

Well then, he actually dont even need 8gb or dedicated gpu for that.

Is he planning to add better gpu later or / and play more intensive games? Or he isnt gamer? Cus we can easily make a nice silent, good looking build for his needs.

He isnt a real gamer, so we could. Also, the smaller the better. So if you can, mATX or mITX.

Keep in mind that case doesn't have any options for routing cables behind the motherboard tray. That might be okay with you, but I think I'd rather spend ~$10 more and get a better case.

I've built in the case before, I know all of its rules. Its actually not that bad if you know what you're doing.
