Running Lower than normal FPS

HI i bought an used rx 580 from ebay that was probably used for mining and I recently flashes its bios back to the orginal bios and im seeing lower than normal FPS I get around 144 with a couple of frame dips going to 80 fps BUT in recent benchmarks specifically in the game "Fortnite" I see them getting 200+ easily without any frame dips any suggestions my PC specs are below.

RYZEN 7 3700X
RX 580 POWER COOLER 8GB VRAM

16GB G SKILL RIPJAW SINGLE CHANNEL

B450 D3SH

yeah, so you saw a video...?

this is at *lowest* settings. 

 

Also keep in mind amd cards will fluctuate a lot typically, that's why you see hefty dips at times. 

 

ps: since it's a mining card you could try replacing the thermal paste, but other than that there really isn't much you can do
